The Ice Cream Dessert Soy Sauce is a unique soy sauce especially designed for ice cream or shaved ice (kakigori) desserts. This is not a gimmick. It was crafted by a veteran soy sauce maker, Goto Shoyu, to be a genuine complement to a dessert.
