The softshell exterior is made from a water- and wind-resistant 86% polyester/14% spandex blend lined with brushed fleece, both of which encapsulate polyester fill that insulates the body against the cold when shopping or doing errands. The micro-alloy heating elements are designed with a thin mesh overlay that provides three levels of safe, efficient heat transfer to the fabric.
